Are You Feeling…
Constantly on edge, as though your body won’t fully relax?
Overwhelmed by anxiety, intrusive memories, or emotions that feel bigger than you expect?
Exhausted from holding it together on the outside while something inside feels unsettled?
When past experiences continue to shape how safe the world feels—impacting your thoughts, perceptions, your body, or your relationships—it can be confusing and isolating. These responses are not signs of weakness or that something is wrong. They often indicate that your system has been trying to protect you. You don’t have to navigate that alone.
How I Can Help
I offer specialist mental health support, including CBT therapy and psychotherapy, for anxiety, post-traumatic stress, and trauma-related difficulties. Together, we work gently to reduce overwhelm, build emotional steadiness, and help your experiences make more sense.
Therapy With Me Can Help You:
Feel more centred and less reactive; Understand and soften self-critical patterns; Regulate your nervous system; Process trauma safely and at your pace; Reconnect with a steadier sense of yourself; Having a safe space to share things that feel confusing or distressing.

Why I do this work:
I’m deeply committed to creating spaces where people feel truly heard, especially those who have felt dismissed, misunderstood, or silenced in the past.
I believe therapy isn’t about fixing what’s “wrong,” but about helping you reconnect with what’s already there: your insight, resilience, strengths, and capacity for choice. My work is rooted in hope, compassion, and cultural responsiveness, with an understanding that healing looks different for everyone.

Working Together
I work particularly well with people who:
- Are living with anxiety or post-traumatic stress
- Feel emotionally or physically overwhelmed
- Distressing voices or other detached experiences
- Experience intense reactions that feel confusing or frightening
- Appear to function well but feel internally dysregulated

As a trauma and complex trauma specialist, I offer mental health support by integrating CBT with yoga therapy. I am a BABCP accredited psychological therapist with specialised training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and CBT for psychosis, as well as being a qualified yoga teacher and yoga therapist. By combining evidence-based psychotherapy with gentle mind–body approaches, I aim to support nervous system regulation, emotional processing, and trauma recovery.
I am an accredited therapist with the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP) 00001025435.
